Plays very well. The action has been regulated, hammer voiced, strings
refurbished, and plate and brass reconditioned. This piano will make a
nice

This includes a warranty of 2 yrs. parts and labor. One in home free
tuning
is provided in Southern California. If the piano is shipped North or
out of
