Responsibilities:
* Independently prepare and review cash reconcilements of closing cash flows.
* Independently,
1) reconcile escrow accounts on a daily basis and
2) on a daily and weekly, basis forward reports to IB and collateral managers.
Business Skills:
* Minimum 1-2 years experience working w/CDO transactions having assets that include
loans, ABS securities, synthetics, HY securities, EM securities.
* Specialized work experience (4 years or more years) in securities acceptable in lieu of degree.
* Strong reconciliation skills for high dollar transactions.
