Works with business unit managers and end users, and Data Warehouse system teams in prioritizing data and information requirements for management reports. Determines reporting needs; designs, creates and generates reports required to facilitate effective business decisions. Performs modeling of data sources and flows, works with data management staff to define an operational framework that will define, develop, and implement management reporting policies and security frameworks to ensure precise and secure delivery of knowledge and information. Monitors customer usage, system reporting tools, and production systems. Recommends and makes enhancements to reports and supporting systems.
Typically requires a Bachelor's and 2+ years of directly related experience, Computer Science or Informantion Systems. Full use and application of standard principles, theories, concepts, and techniques. Working knowledge of business intelligence tools and systems; Business Objects; Web Intelligence; Desktop Intelligence; Crystal Reporting; process and data modeling; the bank's business decision-making process.
